Erling Haaland<\/a> didn\u2019t return to Norway with a World Cup trophy, but he did go home with the trophy of souvenirs: a taxidermy raccoon holding an empty bottle of booze.<\/p>

The internet quickly identified<\/a> Wild Bill\u2019s Western Store<\/a> in Dallas as the origin of Haaland\u2019s prize.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve sold very few just because they\u2019re about 750 bucks,\u201d said Julie Newport, the store\u2019s co-owner.<\/p>\n

Newport said she got a call in June that \u201csomeone from the Norwegian team\u201d would be stopping in; the store was near the hotel where the Nordic players were staying.<\/p>\n

When the players arrived on June 30, \u201cI had my team lock the doors, and we basically gave them run of the store for an hour and a half,\u201d Newport said. They drank bourbon, and, \u201cWe taught them how to line dance,\u201d she said.<\/p>

In addition to the taxidermy \u2014 which is called \u201cWhiskey Raccoon\u201d but is technically holding G&J Greenall\u2019s Wild Berry Gin \u2014 Haaland picked up three hats and a T-shirt that reads, \u201cY\u2019all can kiss my Dallas.\u201d Newport said the rest of the group got hats, T-shirts, boots, belts, belt buckles, overcoats and western shirts.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for those who\u2019d like to pick up the same statue, Newport said they\u2019re sold out, and \u201cThe artisan who makes these taxidermy pieces just retired,\u201d she said. \u201cWe\u2019ve got to find a vendor.\u201d<\/p>\n

There are a few alternatives, including a squirrel on a stripper pole<\/a> ($450), a squirrel smoking a cigarette<\/a> and holding an empty mini of Jack Daniels ($500) and a squirrel sheriff<\/a>, posing with its gun drawn ($500).<\/p>\n
