They include Trump v. Barbara, in which the administration seeks to end birthright citizenship, and National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission, in which GOP leaders are seeking to loosen campaign finance limits. The court will also decide whether state laws that ban transgender athletes from women’s sports are unconstitutional.
